There have been recalls, is Life’s Abundance food safe for my pet?

Yes, our food is safe. The extensive recall of dog and cat food did not include any of the Healthy Pet Net Products. HPN does not (and never have) use wheat, corn or glutens in any of the products. HPN uses the highest quality control standards in the industry. Every batch of food undergoes strict quality control testing.

What makes Life’s Abundance food and products stand above the rest of the natural pet foods?

First, Healthy Pet Net has one of the strictest quality control standards in the industry. Second, the foods are formulated by Jane Bicks, DVM. Dr. Jane brings with over 30 years of experience to search and provide the highest quality ingredients that go into every Healthy Pet Net product. She is available to the public via weekly conference calls. Third, the pet food is the freshest on the planet, when you receive it. The bags are marked with the date the food was manufactured, and is never older than 30 days by the time you receive it. Fourth, the food does not contain corn, wheat or dairy.

Where do the ingredients for Life’s Abundance come from?

The ingredients for the food come from U.S. sources, many very local to the company in Florida. The only ingredient that does not come from U.S. sources is the organic chicken in our Instinctive Choice canned cat food. The organic chicken comes from New Zealand.

I think the price of the food is a bit on the high side. How is it cheaper in the long run, to feed Life's Abundance over other popular commercial pet foods?

Since the food is concentrated, there is more value with less food consumed, which scores in the high 90's for digestibility and palatability. Pet owners will find fewer odors and stool clean up. How fresh is Life's Abundance?

The food is made, shipped to the warehouse, and then directly to the customer. When customers receive the food, it is between two and four weeks old. Healthy Pet Net takes pride in knowing that your pet has the freshest food possible. To further insure freshness, the food is packed in special bags designed to hold in that freshness, with zip lock tops. When properly stored in a cool place away from moisture, Life's Abundance all natural foods can be fed for about 11 months following purchase.

Cups per bag for the dog food:
8 lb bag - 32 cups
20 lb bag - 80 cups
40 lb bag - 160 cups
