Do you order a few of the same products every month? If so, you can
participate in the AutoShip Program, which allows you to save 5% (up
to $15) on your favorite products each month. After you become a
member with Nature’s Sunshine and you have a PIN (you can call Customer
Service to get your PIN), you can simply place a standing Internet order
at www.naturessunshine.com of products that you want delivered each
month, and you will earn a 5% discount (Up to $15 per month)! Simply
maintain your order for three (3) consecutive months to qualify for the
discount. For example, if you place a $100 order in May, a $100 order in
June and a $200 order in July, you will receive a $20 discount ($5 for
May, $5 for June and $10 for July) on your July order. And as long as
you maintain your AutoShip order (for additional consecutive months),
you will continue to receive a 5% discount each month.

Q: What is AutoShip?
A: AutoShip is a convenient, no-hassle way to have product shipped to
you automatically on a monthly basis when you as a member order online
at www.naturessunshine.com.
Q: Are there any benefits of using AutoShip?
A: Yes. You can receive up to $60 in product credit per quarter by
participating in the AutoShip program for three (3) consecutive months.
You will never run out of product because it will be delivered to your
door automatically.
Q: When will I receive my product certificate?
A: Your product certificate will be added to your account by the 15th
day of the month following the qualification period. For example, if you
placed an AutoShip order in September, October and November, your
certificate would be placed on your account by December 15. NOTE: You
will not receive a product certificate in the mail. This is an
electronic certificate that will be added to your account after three
(3) months’ participation in the AutoShip program.
Q: Are there any specific requirements for an AutoShip order?
A: Yes. AutoShip orders must have a minimum total of $50 and must not
exceed $250. To qualify for the product certificate, you must maintain
your AutoShip order for three consecutive months. If you fall below the
minimum order amount or skip a month, you must start over in the
qualification process. Also, you must have a verified email address.
Q: Can I use my product certificate on an AutoShip order?
A: No. You must use your product certificate on a future (non-AutoShip)
order.
Q: Does my product certificate expire?
A: Yes. Your certificate will expire 60 days from the date it was
issued.
Q: Can my product certificate be used on a phone or mail order?
A: Yes.
Q: Can product specials or promotions be added to an AutoShip order?
A: No. Product promotions cannot be added due to the timing of our
promotions and the intent of the AutoShip program.
Q: How do I verify my email address?
A: When you set up your AutoShip order, you will be asked for a valid
email address. You will then receive an email from naturessunshine.com.
Click on the link included in the email to verify your address.
Q: What if my email address changes?
A: Simply verify your new email address.
Q: Once I set up an AutoShip order, can I change the items on the order?
A: Yes! You may edit the items as often as you want as long as the order
has a minimum total of $50. All changes to your order must be made on or
before the 14th of each month. No changes will be allowed on the 15th.
Q: Can I delete an AutoShip order?
A: Yes. However, if the AutoShip order has been active for less than
three (3) consecutive months, you will not receive your product
certificate. If you decide to join the program at a later time, you will
be required to once again meet the three-consecutive-month minimum.
Q: How can I confirm that my order has been processed?
A: You will be notified via email when the order is processed.
Q: How many AutoShip orders per account may I have?
A: You are limited to one AutoShip order per account.
Q: What if items on my AutoShip order are backordered?
A: You will be notified via email as to which items were backordered.
They will be shipped separately when they become available.
Q: What if products on my AutoShip order are discontinued or otherwise
non-orderable?
A: A hold will be placed on your AutoShip order and you will be notified
via email if this happens. You will be required to remove or replace any
discontinued items while maintaining the minimum order total of $50. If
you fail to make appropriate changes to the order before the last day of
the month, the AutoShip order will be deleted, and you will not receive
a product certificate for that period. You will be required to start the
program again.
Q: What happens if there is a problem with my payment for an AutoShip
order?
A: If there is a problem processing your credit card (i.e., card is
declined or expired), you will be notified by email. It is your
responsibility to correct the billing problem (i.e., change the credit
card number, expiration date, etc.) before the end of the month. Once
the billing information has been changed, we will immediately try to
process the order. If you fail to correct the billing problem before the
last day of the month, the AutoShip order will be deleted, and you will
not receive product credit for that period. You will be required to
start the program again. |
